A strand of my hair, first knotted into the words “I love you” in 2015, was later unraveled and re-knotted into the word “sorry.” After eight years, the hair carried traces of its previous form. It had become fragile, worn, and quietly changed in meaning.

머리카락 한 가닥을 엮어 “I love you”라는 말로 만든 2015년작을, 8년 만에 풀어내 다시 묶어 “Sorry”라는 단어로 재구성했다. 오랜 시간 동안 고정돼 있던 흔적은 머리카락에 고스란히 남아 있다.
